There are few things in life that I find more satisfying than eating healthy and exercising regularly.
My diet has always been simple and consistent.
If I was going to go back to the gym, I would stick with a low-impact, low-calorie diet.
I don’t have the stomach for a lot of meat or dairy, but I can tolerate most of the carbs I have.
So, while it’s true that the carbs in my diet can add up quickly, I don’t want to limit my choices to just the carbs that I can get my hands on.

In fact, I usually eat around 3,500 to 4,000 calories per day for my recovery from stroke.
